Transfer account to EX

Hello,

I have recently split up with my partner of 12 years. I have moved out and she is still at home with the kids.

I have EE broadband and have her mobile phone contract on my account I am locked into both for just under 2 years as I recently upgraded before the split. I want to transfer the broadband and her mobile to her so the kids keep the broadband and she can keep the phone but so I do not have to pay for them as I need to get myself financially sorted to get my own place. Is this something I can do? Could we do this in-store?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Skinz_86

This page details how to transfer a mobile number to someone else. It's basically the same for broadband, the details are here.

If you have any questions, let us know.

Thank you

You need to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. The other party will need to pass a credit check & will then be paying for both contracts. If you can't do it together CS will give you a pwd for her to quote when she calls.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
