I upgraded from iPhone 11 to 12 a month ago and part of the discount is that I return the iPhone 11 in return package provided by EE. I’m still waiting for the bag I’ve called several times and asked for it to be re sent or if I can take iPhone to EE shop and told no. I don’t want to be charged extra on my bill. There are several postal strikes that have been affecting mail delivery in our area.

yes I was told that it was dispatched but still not received. I was advised to call Likewise and they confirmed it was sent.

I am in exactly the same position . my trade in pack arrived this morning but Royal Mail on strike and Christmas Holidays mean earliest date I can post back is December 28th which would be deadline day.
Just off the phone to 150 and after holding for ages chatted with Alistair who advised no problem post on the 28th and trade in deal would be honoured.

I would call 150 and ask for note to be put on your account, just for piece of mind.
