Hi, I’ve recently been charged £21.99 4 times in the space of 2 minutes by B Sony. I have no account with Sony. And EE are saying there is nothing they can do. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years never had any problems before. Is they anyway I can get my money back?

Ask Sony!

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Sony won’t speak to me because I don’t have an account. They said with account number there is nothing they can do.

Has another user of your a/c been buying PS stuff from Sony?

Do you or anyone in your household have any Sony products, @Justin3210?

If so, have you checked the purchase history on those?

Chris

Thanks, @Justin3210

I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team again, so they can look into this further.
