Can anyone help me I want to discuss my account with an advisor but at work so could do with text chat. I don’t have it on the EE app as I have my daughters PAYG. I’ve found a link before that got you into a chat with billing advisor but I can’t fine how I did it. Any help

Welcome to the Community!

If you were looking to get your daughter added to your account on Pay Monthly, it's not possible to do this via chat, but you can add new SIMs with a multi-line discount through our online shop, or also by giving us a call.

Once this is active, we can move her pay as you go number over right away, and if there's any credit on the account we can put this towards future bills.

Once this is all complete, we could look at totally de-linking the pay as you go account from your EE ID, too.

@MattR1757 : There is no Live Chat with PAYG.

There no billing with PAYG. 

Thus nothing to discuss!

you need to read and understand what im after. im not wanting to discuss payg payments/ billing i want to discuss my pay monthly that i have had with EE for over 15 years. what i was saying is that as my daughters PAYG is linked to my account you dont get access to the chat function on the app. but i am still a pay monthly and need to discuss my account and i cant spend ages on the phone while at work. i have had links send to access advisors that all i need. so to your reply there is something to discuss

i have my contract phone with the EE app installed but as i manage my daughters PAYG from the app you dont get the chat function it has to be requested a different way. i have done it before but forgot how i managed to get the link

In the app you need to select your number, not your daughter's, to get Live Chat.

no that wont work, tried all this. it was under investigation by the "tech team"  who spent about a month getting to the bottom of the issue and said as my daughters number is on there it wont all me yo use chat function. so i want to speak to someone to change her sim to pay monthly, my upgrade etc
