Terminating contract and a few questions

A few questions if anyone can help 

1. If I terminate my contract 4 months left do I lose the number

2. Are add to plans and tech add ons virtually the same t&cs wise

3. Can add to plans and tech add ons be moved to one of my other lines

4. Is it true that I have to re contract the line that has 4 months to run as the tech add on will still have 18months to run to benefit from the monthly payment rather than the full item price

Hi @sachlislaro2,

If you cancel your plan early, you can still get a PAC code to transfer your number to another network.

If you cancel all mobile plans on your account, you'd need to pay the remaining add to plan payments in full.

  1. If you cancel your contract at any time you lose the no. unless you have it moved to PAYG or you are cancelling it by porting it to another network.
