I intended changing vendors & requested my PAC number within 30 mins I was contacted by one of your representatives who offered me a new tariff. Of £6 PCM.
This has not happened so yet again I have a bill for an overinflated tariff.
If this cannot be resolved immediately I will move my account as I intended previously to another vendor.

@gordong How long ago did this happen? Do you have an email confirming that ?
