I paid my bill on time and intended to pay the next one a bit sooner so I was ahead, I have been suspended until I make a payment which I need my phone activated to accomplish.
I'm really dissatisfied atm and wondered what help I can get as I was suddenly suspended without warning.

@Cb8066 You can pay your bill via your online account. You don’t need to a working device in order to do this. Once paid it’ll take up to 24 hours before it’ll receive a signal again.
