I'm the owner of a contract with my ex's mobile as an additional line. I want to split them so he can take over his own contract, and from reading other discussions it seems we both have to be present to call EE for this to be done.
The issue I have is that we are completely no contact due to the circumstances around us splitting up and there's no way I can have him present with me, is there any other way this can be resolved? I don't want to just cancel the line as it's still in contract, but I don't want to be paying my ex's phone bill indefinitely.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.
