Sorry, your changes didn’t make it (change address issue)

Whenever i try to change billing or postal address it doesn't go through and gives me the above error. i tried from app, web, and different browsers and never work

We don't have access to help you change the address here, but you can change it in your online EE account or the EE app.

You can see a step by step guide to changing it on our Edit My Personal Details in EE help page.

If you have any trouble, please give our customer services guides a call, and they can update the address for you.
