Hello EE .
Someone has tried to cancel my contracts with BT and EE .
You have immediately sent me emails saying sorry I am leaving and what the fine will be for early cancellations.
The thing is it's not from me .
I do not want to cancel I was quite happy.
Yes I'm moving house in two weeks time but I wish to take my existence line broadband and mobile with me .
Please can someone help.

Is this for Home BB? Sounds like the new occupiers have ordered BB at your addy perhaps prematurely. Call CS to stop it.
Have you put in for an EE BB Home Move? You should've already done that.
