I’ve just bought an Apple iPhone 13 and want a sim only contract with EE. I have set up an EE account, but I’m not tech savvy and need help

@Queenieannie64   You’ve only setup a community account.   You need to place an order first to get that sim only.  You don’t have a EE billing account as you don’t have a contract or sim with EE yet. 

just go to the shop area and choose what you want as a new customer.
