Sim only Upgrade

Hi, can anyone please let me know if I can keep my old SIM card and number when I upgrade to a new SIM-only plan?

A change of payment-plan is just that, a payment plan change. It's actioned on your account only, there's no need to replace a perfectly working SIM to do so. Your number is always retained as a matter of course.
