No-one on here has access to your individual account, so can only advise in general terms.

A SIM-only plan, by nature, has no hardware, device or phone element to it - you are only paying for the airtime. Thus, all else being equal, a SIM-only plan will be cheaper than a comparable phone plan for the same usage.

Thanks for the reply, which goes to partly clarify things foe me.Basically I thought I was changing my broadband bill but now see from my account,  that ive changed the mobile part. You don't have to reply but as a general ruleI need sim only and WiFi and data for social media,  a few texts, WhatsApp and watching Netflix should I be paying more than £25?AlsoBroadband for WiFi at home with 2 adultsSmart TV with Netflix and were planning to buy a laptop  ATM I pay £36Much lower price would be helpfulCheersSent from Julie Lee

Usage of any video streaming app will vary depending on picture resolution, amongst other things. There's some guidance on Netflix data usage on their help page - https://help.netflix.com/en/node/87

Pricing can vary wildly between providers, depending on numerous factors.
