Sim Only Plan - New Contract

Hi,

I was with EE from June 2022 until recently, although the account was in my dad's name. The contract has now ended, and I've temporarily ported my number to a PAYG SIM while I decide what to do next.

I'd like to rejoin EE under my own name and keep the same number. Before the previous contract ended, I was offered an unlimited SIM-only plan for £18 per month. However, when I look at the available plans now, the cheapest unlimited SIM-only option I can see is £26 per month.

Would it be possible to honour the £18 per month offer, or is there any way for me to access that deal when joining under my own name?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 or consultant the app on what deals are now available to you.

I've tried to ring CS for 3 days now but no one ever answers, I'm put on hold for about 10 minutes and I've wasted so much PAYG Credits. I'm really desperate to get it sorted soon, trying to see if I can speak with them online as well.
I'm a nurse and work 14 hour shifts and my only off this week is on the Sunday. I've spent so much on topping up already 😞

@annacarmelar : Buy the SIM-Only contract you want online  & then phone CS to move your PAYG no. to it, when calls to CS will be free.

Update: They finally answered after being on 30 minutes on hold! Got a good deal.
