How do I send pictures via messages and is there an added fee?

@Hollybabe These are called an MMS and yes they are chargeable at 80p per image.
What device is it as adding pictures is different on different devices.

You may send pictures free using data messaging apps like WhatsApp & iMessage. They just use your data.

With iPhones using iMessage sending pictures to another iPhone is free, but sending to Android they are chargeable as they are sent as MMS.
