Hello, can someone help, I have a second line and have had it for 2 years or so, I used to get a discount for the second line however since about 18 months ago I haven’t, I’ve just noticed since I checked my latest bill as it’s gone up massively due to the increases which are unaffordable to say the least.
can someone help as to how I can get my second line discount applied and said costs applied back to my account for the past 18 months.

CS have access to your individual account - 150 from your mobile.
You may struggle to get refund on any charges beyond the most recent 3/6months.

Thanks. I’ve sorted it now, had 6 months refunded and 10% added for going forward.

Glad you got refunded no such luck for me I was charged to cancel my second line
