I received a phone call from a landline stating that I was entitled to 40% off my bill with no VAT increase. I was asked for my email address and to confirm if I was the registered owner of this number. I asked if this was a legitimate phone call, and I was advised to login to the app To access my bills. I was unable to do this because the app is down for maintenance work. I asked the person on the phone to email me to confirm if this was a legitimate call. Please advise if this was a scam.
