Hey there,
I just upgraded to SIM only plan, when checking out it gave me the option to update my billing address but not my delivery address. When I received my email confirmation the delivery address listed is old - just wondering if EE will send a new SIM out? Would it be possible for someone to use it and access plan, number etc. if they did? How to go about requesting not to send a new SIM?
Thanks

Hi @Lorneward
Welcome to the Community
Have a look at our Edit your personal details and contact information for the steps to update your address.
As @bristolian mentioned, unless you've asked for a new replacement SIM card, the upgrade to SIM-only will take place on your existing SIM card.
Hope this helps!

If you have chosen the "upgrade now" links to just change the payment plan of an existing line, then unless there's a problem with your current SIM or it's not working - you continue using your existing SIM.

@Profile closed How about you update your address on your EE account, this is your responsibility to make sure it’s correct. Would would you do it if wasn’t sim but a device.
And no EE will probably not send a sim out if it’s just an account change.

I have tried that but can’t locate where to do it just where to update my contact number and email address on the app, I also assumed when filling out the order it would prompt me? I would call up and explain my mistake if that were the case and accept the consequence and learn from it. Just as a heads up your tone and delivery doesn’t come across as super helpful in a forum intended to help people - thanks anyway Chris.
