Help please. Just set up a new monthly mobile SIM only package. Took forever and when I asked for copy of what I had signed up for and T&Cs to be emailed to me, all I got was a link to some weird online place which didn't seem to offer a way to download the info and line went dead before I had chance to say that there wad no way to download. Anyone know how to get downloadable info? Thanks. I was also going to ask for confirmation that this SIM plan and my existing data SIM plan would both show up on my ee account. Does anyone know if this will happen?

@jules7316 : It's all there in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Plan Details.
If you didn't just do an upgrade both plans will be under your MyEE a/c.

Thanks. Just checked online MyEE online - the only plan it shows is the one for my data SIM.

Have you linked your new SIM no. to your MyEE a/c?
