My balance keeps showing charges while I'm abroad yet I am paying for roaming abroad,?

They don't show on my phone bill but on ee 150 when I text for my balance, I'm in the Canaries

Hi I've been charged over £30 so far but I paid £10 for the roaming pass so shouldn't be seeing any extra charges.
