Ridiculously wrong extra charge

jaritawan

I have been charged with an extra call (what?) And an extra text (i never texted?) Total £1.09 for this month. But I never made any EXTRA call out of the contract except listening to my only ONE voice message that people left me? And I am in UK the whole time.

May I know why this happened? Thanks.

Hi @jaritawan  No one here has access to your account. What does your bill say these charges are for?

Today I was charged for a 80p call and a 20p text which I never made.

I only called to a number 0203336xxxx, and it was charged. So 0203 is not free in my allowance. I joined an unlimited data monthly plan with £27 per month. May I know why? And I also called to a 0208948xxxx (which is my GP!) May I know if this number charged? But your website said 0207 n 0208 are exempt too. So Which number is the one that charges? Thanks. I am very confused.

@jaritawan : All UK 01, 02 & 03 landline nos. are included in your calls allowance if you have any left.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi @jaritawan

All standard UK 01/02/03 numbers are included in the allowance.

What does it show on the bill next to the 0203 number that was charged?
