I’m currently in a 24-month SIM plan and still have 18 months left. But I found some more cheaper plan which fit my needs, can I change to a new plan and cancel the old plan? Is there any costs to cancel the old plan? Thanks!

@Michelle629 Your account will state if you can upgrade or not. An upgrade doesn’t mean a more costly tariff it can be a cheaper tariff. If your account doesn’t state you can upgrade and you still want this tariff now you’ll have to pay off your be remaining contract term.
