Hi,

so I got my pac code last week, I haven’t used it yet, my remaining bill charge’s was £33.08, I presume as I haven’t used it yet, this will be lower if I was to use it say tomorrow, basically what I am asking is, if I use the pac code on my last contract day will that amount go down?

@Bex65   No as you pay pro rata.  If you use it on the last day and you actually port out on the last day you’ll be fully paid up.   I wouldn’t leave it till the last day mind you because number ports don’t happen at the weekend and take up to 24 hours so you might find you owe EE if your port is requested on a Friday.   The sooner your port the better.

Your current bill includes a month's fees in advance. If you port your no. during that month & after your min. term it won't change that bill but you will get a final bill crediting you with any days after you port.
