Had the worst experience I can't upgrade due to a technical fact that I was promised would be sorted by today to then be told it can take upto 7 days to fix. People need to sort things like this at weekend when off from work. EE don't have the staff to cover the workload on Sunday when the service is needed most. I'm very 😞 disappointed

Don't know only weekday staff can solve the problem. They didn't really care to be honest. They have a whopping 70% negative status on trust pilot I was shocked.
