Hi , I ordered for iPhone 15 plus last month on the 12th and I was given 14 days for refund but I have been calling for a feedback and I'm not getting any . I really need help for the refund. Thank you

I'd recommend contacting your bank to confirm.
Normally, any upfront payments aren't completed if the credit check isn't successful.

A pending payment would be temporarily deducted from your available balance by your bank.
If the payment isn't labelled as pending in your banking app, please get in touch with Customer Care so we can make sure a refund has been processed.
