Good afternoon,
My mobile account was frozen due to unpaid bills and then the line was cut. I paid off the debts on the line but since the line was cut, I cannot access the number anymore. Is there any way to regain the old number back?

No, once a line is cancelled it's gone from you for good.

@mafjd12 when did you pay off the unpaid bills ? How long did you leave these unpaid bills for ?

I would suggest getting in touch with our customer care team, they can check the account and let you know if the number and account can be reactivated.

Good afternoon,
The line was in my name but it was used by my son who was responsible for keeping up with the bills. I believe the bill was piling up from Feb/April and I paid it off about a week ago
