This company 🤣😫 owes me £100 for over a year but quick to beg me for my phone bill. Gives you a charger lead but no plug. My phone is dryer than ee's nans **bleep** but suddenly when i try to charge my phone it makes a horrible noise and says my phone or charger is wet?!  And i'm sure when i took this contract oit i had a pre-used phone...was £50 odd when i took it out then suddenly went to £61 odd. I trust saville more than ee...atleast he was upfront

Hi @AaronM1987

Sorry to hear about your phone. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can run through some options with you. They'll be able to discuss that account balance too.

@AaronM1987  It’s not that EE didn’t give you a plug it’s the manufacturer who doesn’t supply them.     You’ve also had yearly price increases as per your contract T&Cs.    If your phone is reporting it’s wet when you try and charge it that’s nothing todo with EE.  Just perhaps the charging point is wet as that’s why you get that message.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
