Mine is exactly the same… my contract I signed into was £43 a month on a 2 year contract, now it’s went up to £53 a month… an extra £10 a month!

@Ashman286 : Sounds like you took this contract prior to April '23. Since then there have been 2 contractual CPI+ price increases, 14.4% in April '23 & 7.9% in April '24. £43 + 14.4% = £49.19 +7.9% = £53.08. Checks!
