Payment not showing

Yes I have just been through my bank statements for the last year and I have 7 payments that have left my account but are not showing in payments

We don't have access to your account here to see what is happening, but if you have any missing payments, I would recommend giving our billing guides a call so they can bring up your account and check the payments.
