I too have been overcharged... customer  services said mistake on their part, but not corrected the overcharge...

Did the agent advise they would be able to make an amendment or a refund?

If there is an incorrect charge the team will take care of this.

Yes they did, but only refunded the fee for Kate payment, I then paid the
bill minus the overcharge, they then added the overcharge onto my next
bill plus late payment fee... I've given up trying to resolve the
problem, and will change my mobile phone provider also the home broadband
provider, also my wife will likely be changing her ee phone contract....
