I am waiting for ee to call back. Said would call within 15 minutes through text and they haven't! I've had to call twice for a call back.. there are no more options to stay on the call and wait to speak to an advisor! This is no good... I really need to speak to an advisor and I do not want to wait for a call back. Would rather wait on the call because at least I can be sure I'm in an actual queue to speak to someone!!

EE should give us the option to stay on the phone to wait.

Qason I'm calling is because I've been charged for a device I did not order!! With a whole extra £45 on my bill!!!!! Very upset
