I am having the same problem the calls are incoming with a recorded message. I block each number but a new variant number then calls they are all incoming not outgoing how do I stop them I have just been charged a total of £15.32 for these incoming calls the items are listed as "access charges" on my bill. EE please advise/help

@Appleton : You don't get charged for incoming. Are you answering them & pressing a few buttons, causing you to be diverted into an outgoing call?

Your description is different to that of the thread you added to, so your post has been moved to a new thread.

Access charges tells me you have been charged for an outgoing call - as @XRaySpeX has mentioned, there is no charge to receive calls in the UK.
