Hello, I am unable to make a call or text EE. I got my phone and sim today and already the app shows that i owe 178GBP? To make matters worse, I have an sms from EE saying "Hi from EE, your phone usage is higher than usual. If this continues, you may be unable to make calls or text". Yet i only popped the sim into my phone.

i am already regretting moving to EE

I am sorry to hear this has happened. 

Are you aware of any out of allowance charges on your account? this should show when you download your bill breakdown.

Hi, I’ve received this message today, out of the blue and for no known reason. I’ve renewed my contract with EE recently. It feels like a scam text?   Please can you let me know if you had anything confirmed? Thanks
