Hi EE, I used to receive the email notification that a new bill was ready, but not anymore. I haven't changed any preference of my account and I have already asked EE to re-start the notifications. It worked for a month and then it stopped again. Can you please help me with this? Thanks, Lucia

@lubru Check to make sure that these emails are not going to your spam/junk folder.

If your notifications have stopped again I would recommend getting back in touch with our customer care team on 150.
