Re: How can I receive bill notifications to my email or by text message?

Hi EE, I used to receive the email notification that a new bill was ready, but not anymore. I haven't changed any preference of my account and I have already asked EE to re-start the notifications. It worked for a month and then it stopped again. Can you please help me with this? Thanks, Lucia

@lubru  Check to make sure that these emails are not going to your spam/junk folder.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If your notifications have stopped again I would recommend getting back in touch with our customer care team on 150.

hi there, no I haven't done anything about it as no even customer
services manage to solve the problem...never mind. let me know if you
