I have been abused by EE employee saying i only paid £60 on oct bill but i did oay full amount of the bill because i have it on my phone £121 so many pence ihave the oct bill on my phone and i have sent an email with pic of bill paid oct 2022 .This is a new contract phone which i got on 18th nov 2022 a Samsung S22 plus i gotva bill in a week later of £57 and i paid it .The new contract starts 22nd dec 2022 but i got it on 18th nov 2022 because i was told icould get it 45 days early without paying fees so i did Now i have a bill for £126 to pay 26th dec 2022 .I feel as if ive been made a fool of.im going to EE shop tomorrow to get this fixed i just paid £57 last week.

Your new plan starts on the day you upgrade, rather than the date your old contract was due to end.
