Why was a different money taking out of my account

I would recommend logging in to your My EE online and viewing a break down of your bill. 

If you have any questions about any charges please be sure to let us know. 

Alternatively, our customer care team can be contacted on 150 and will be able to give you a full breakdown of any additional charges.
