I have the same issue. It seems EE are failing to provide a truly accessible service. Not everyone with a disability/health condition that prevents them from calling EE have a text replay phone.
DDA - you are required to make reasonable adjustments to facilitate those with a disability. How do we contact you ONLINE to cancel a contract if unable to call or write a letter?

Welcome to the EE Community.
To cancel a contract with EE there is the option to call via text relay and also ways to contact us through a sign language interpreter.
There is also the option of contacting us via letter or by visiting your local EE Store where our staff will be happy to assist.
At present, there is no option to cancel an account online.
