I spoke to one of your colleagues on the phone on Wednesday 24 August querying my bill he said that he would need to request the phone conversation which would take 72 hrs so scheduled a callback for Sunday 28 August at 2pm gave him until after 3pm so called 150 spoke to another customer advisor who said he would email him to contact me as he would have to start the process again I am still awaiting the phone call back.can you help at all
