Promise to pay

I need to make a promise to pay as I missed my phone bill, I have done this in the past and never had a problem paying in time, I don’t know how I got through to someone before though as I don’t seem to be able to speak to a human through 150!? I didn’t realise that my phone hadn’t been payed and just had a text saying I will be cut off in 24 hours which would leave me my partner and more importantly my daughter with no phone

Hi @Ric0504562

You could pay your bill.

https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/payment-methods/pay-your-mobile-or-broadband-bill

Alternatively you'll need to keep trying 150 as there is no account access on these forums.

Thanks

Hi, yes I get that but unfortunately paying my bill right now would leave my family without the essentials in life, I’m not trying to get out of the bill just pay it when I can afford it, ok I have tryed so many times literally every number on every different option available but can’t seem to speak to anybody, I appreciate you don’t have account access here what I was hopping for is a way to navigate the robot on 150 where you eventually get to speak to a human, thanks anyway
