Price increase.

I've been informed that my bill is going up by 14.4% inline with CPI (GPD inflation hasn't reached this figure!). Is there anything you can do to reduce my bill. I have 2 phones, 1 for my husband's business and 1 for myself. The reception abd wifi

on my husband's phone is absolutely appalling, no wifi a lot of the time and phone doesn't ring. So he is missing business opportunities.  I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year and have had no income for 6 months.  If you are unable to do anything I will take my business away from EE

Hi @Phone2023

If you cannot afford your bill or want to discuss your situation further then you need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Thanks
