Hello I've recently noticed that my monthly data bill is almost at £30 a month . I think that is way too money to be charging for data considering I only use half of what my allowance is which is 100 gig data . And if it continues to rise then I would like out of my contract and also depending how much i have left to pay on the contract also depending if i can pay it all off in one go. I will also be looking elsewhere for cheaper data I've had this problem before with virgin Media charging me £30 a month for unlimited data. I really don't want EE to be doing the same and charging customers £30 a month when there are cheaper deals out there . Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks 🙂

Hello.
If you wish you cancel your EE Contract here is some information.
How do you calculate Remaining Contract Charges?
If you choose to terminate your agreement with us before your minimum term ends, a cancellation charge will apply which is known as a Remaining Contract Charge.
You must pay everything you owe if you terminate your agreement with us whether you're just cancelling your contract or whether you're switching to a new provider.
we add together all outstanding monthly (or other periodic) charges for the remainder of your minimum term, factoring in any recurring monthly discount to which you are entitled, calculated at a daily rate
we then deduct VAT at the prevailing rate
we then deduct 4% for early receipt of payment to get the contract charge you owe us, reduced by any credit on your account
any remaining Add to Plan charges you have will then be added to this amount to generate your final Remaining Contract Charge
these charges may not include any pending bill & direct debit payments
finally, we add VAT at the prevailing rate to get the final charge.

Contractually you've agreed to your monthly payments for at least the duration of your minimum term.
What's your monthly plan amount?
