I am currently abroad and need to pay my bill, and I cant do it via online or via the app for various reasons like amount showing NaN (?) or not even able to get to a payment page. I cant call EE from the device and no place to even contact EE via email. I tried the automated ai bot, to no avail. IF someone from EE sees this, please contact me ASAP.

@PKawe no one will call you from this public forum it is not customer services. You can use THIS to pay.
there is no email for customer support but you can live chat with customer support via the EE app under help.

Hi Chris thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I have tried all efforts to no avail. The link you gave me doesnt work but Ive tried many times different browsers, on the phone etc.
Cant find any LIVE CHAT with help on EE app. just ai bot.
