This is not customer service but a public forum, there is no account access here.
Have you checked the breakdown of your bill? Remember there has been the yearly increase, which all networks have, this is in your contract when you signed it and if you did not read it you can still find out.
If you want more information as to why your charge has increased and cannot decipher it in your phone bill, which you can download, then you will have to speak to customer service, the billing department.
