Welcome to the Community, @Theresawolfe

An inability to pay promise should coincide with the bar being lifted from your account, but we do recommend this can take up to 24 hours.

It's worth a restart of your phone too, as occasionally it can get stuck at the handset level.

If you still have no luck from there, there's a chance this may need to be lifted manually, or it's suspended you for a different reason like exceeding your credit limit.

If you get back in touch with our team, they'll be able to check over everything for you.

A payment extension of 30 days will correspond to a suspension extension of 30 days. When you finally pay what you owe the suspension will be lifted, usually within 2 hours.
