I have a plan of £25 and my account has auto debit option enabled. But for this month the amount was deducted was £37. Therefore please guide me what is the matter regarding the incorrect amount getting deducted.

If you check your bill online or via the EE app it will tell you any out of plan charges. If not give EE CS a call on 150 to discuss your bill.
