Hi there I had an outstanding bill of a certain amount and services had been suspended it told me the amount needed to be paid to reactivate account which I paid but then it’s still not been reactivated and is saying I still need to pay the rest

@Sebby13  It takes up to 24 hours for the services to resume once you pay the outstanding fee. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve rung ee a few times about other things and been told I owe nothing on august bill and now being told bill hasn’t been paid

Direct debit ,have rang a few times in past week or 2 to check sometelse and was told nothing outstanding on bill and no credits put on

How were you told that you still owe money, @Candy66?

If your balance is clear on your My EE account and your Direct Debit went through OK, everything should be fine.
