Payment refund

EE deducted a payment from a sim that has not been activated. Will they return the payment once I cancelled that number? It is never been activated and no usage of data

When you have a contract you still have to pay for it regardless of whether you use it. You might get a partial refund if you cancel it for the time after the contract ends.
