I am having a similar problem with EE, for the last few months they have stopped taking the flex pay direct debit even though there is an active direct debit with my bank and money in the account. I have had to call EE every month to make payment over the phone as on the app it wants to always take 2 months payment, each time they have set up the direct debit again but then fail to take it again the next month, they don't seem to be able to fix it, I'm thinking of just changing provider when my contract finishes in November, it will be easier!

I'm sorry to hear your Flex Pay Direct Debit hasn't been leaving your account as expected. I'd recommend getting back in touch with our team so this can be looked into further and escalated if needed.
