Assuming this is a mobile phone query, and you don't want to port your number, then a STAC (Service Termination Authority Code) is one method. Request a STAC from EE by texting STAC to 75075 - give this code to your new provider.
Or - if you're on EE pay-monthly, contact CS and give them 30days notice to terminate.
