Paying my bill

Ive been in hospital since the 12th January due to severe DKA and other issues unfortunately in intensive care this whole time and now I've had a letter from EE saying that they've closed my account, i couldnt call they to pay my bill as i didnt have my phone, yeah people have been coming and going but in my flat i don't trust people going in there. So now i technically dont have a phone to call EE on to get it sorted.

What do I do??
